Such class & elegance personified!! Regarding her bowed Cornelia gloves tho...every single time I see them, I can't help but to wonder about the 'bulk of the bow' stuffed into the coat sleeves (I'm assuming that it must not be a problem since she's been wearing this style for years now!!) Is this an odd thing to think about when I see her photos, does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this?

PS, excellent coverage Susan, as usual, thanks so much! For this particular event, we know what to expect, we know what color & style/cut of the coat is coming too (oooh except for the year she shook us up in the brown outfit while she was pregnant!) yet every year, she continues to wow us with her amazing beautiful outfits, simply with her graceful style!

I just loved the Princess's entire outfit here really! The gorgeous coat is definitely one of my favourites of hers, and I appreciated it on its previous outings too. I do hope she wears the hat more often, it definitely co-ordinates well with the coat and is so jaunty! Then for both to be styled with smart black accessories of scarf, gloves, belt and boots rendered the whole look very polished and professional in my opinion. I agree with a previous comment about the belt being a stand-out piece of its own and look forward to future re-wears. But the absolute highlights for me were firstly those stunning Asprey earrings - oh my, how I would LOVE to wear those myself! (emeralds being my favourite gems) - and secondly the stylish hair-do! I seem to remember that her hair was similarly styled on St. Patrick's Day 2025 and resembled the Triquerta/Celtic Knot. I can only imagine the fun the Princess must surely have on linking her look to the event! May I also give a shout-out to the Cornelia James gloves which I have coveted for a long time. I think the side-bows add another little fun element! It looked like a joyous occasion for all, which is why I always look forward to this annual event.
