We are back with a glance at preps for the Paris trip that starts tomorrow, as well an overview of an autumn/winter 2017 collection from one of Kate’s ‘go to’ brands, Erdem. But, because most of us are *really* eager to see spring styles, we’ll also focus on LK Bennett’s s/s collection.

We start with a Kensington Palace post on Twitter.

The British Ambassador to France, Edward Llewellyn, posted this photo on Twitter. The flowers are at the Ambassador’s official residence, Hôtel Charost, where William and Kate are expected to stay.

We are back with some newsbytes and a look at new collections from Kate-centric labels. We begin with confirmation that there will be a royal visit from Spain. More from The Daily Mail:

Buckingham Palace says King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain will pay a state visit to Britain in June.

The palace said in a statement Friday that the Spanish royals accepted an invitation from Queen Elizabeth II. They will stay at Buckingham Palace.

The fashion element of the story: a formal state dinner that Kate and William could attend. Serious party frocks. Tiaras. If for some reason the Duke and Duchess did not attend the formal dinner, there will be other engagements they are likely to be part of; details will not be released for quite a while. Below, Queen Letizia with Argentinian First Lady Juliana Awada at Spain’s Royal Palace in February. The occasion was a gala dinner at Spain’s Royal Palace during the state visit of the First Lady and her husband, President Mauricio Macri, President of Argentina.

We are back with a few newsbytes we thought you would enjoy. The first involves the Heads Together documentary being shot to air around the time of London Marathon. William, Kate, and Harry were seen out and about today shooting the doc.

From Rebecca English’s story:

Kate, 35, joined her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry at St Mary’s university to film a warm up and running for their mental health charity.

They met with DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles who is working with the royal trio on a new show for the BBC called Mind Over Marathon.

The Duchess was wearing the same ensemble seen on the 5th when the three royals took part in a Marathon training day (shown below).

Kate’s Perfect Moment jacket remains available in very limited sizing at Net-a-Porter, and in a good mix of sizes at Perfect Moment. The New Balance/Sweaty Betty sneakers are available in some sizes at Sweaty Betty ($145) and also available to order with a 2-week wait. I‘ve not been able to find licensable images from today’s taping but will keep looking.
