We are back with two topics to share, the first involving information on bargains from brands that we see Kate wearing.

At Nordstrom a number of Kate brands have significant discounts.  There are several Aquatalia styles on sale, the Opulence is 50% off ($297). There is also a boot style from LK Bennett that is only available online, the Denise (originally $545, now $327).

Some of the more popular items from our Pinterest CopyKate Clothing board are on sale, including the Via Spiga Faux Fur Belted coat. Originally selling at $400, it is now $189.99 at Macy’s. (One FYI: 2 women who bought this coat left comments on Pinterest saying they are very pleased with the purchase.)

The $225 Flared Trench at Banana Republic is 30% off with promo code BRDRESSED, and the Everglade Quilted Jacket, a Barbour repliKate at Joules, is discounted from $154 to $120.

Nordstrom has just a few Barbour pieces on sale, they are primarily men’s coats. Aaron’s of Eastham has quite a few Barbour styles discounted, as do as a number of UK retailers, although I did not notice any of the styles we’ve seen Kate wearing.

Jimmy Choo’s sale section offers an awful lot of choices. The Cosmic is discounted to $348 (that’s 50% off) in both black and gold glitter, but Kate’s black suede style remains priced at $695.

Hello and welcome to a quickly cobbled together post, we begin with a brief look at Kate’s visit to Kensington Gardens yesterday.

WKW Facebook Friend Sandra

WKW Facebook friend Sandra was out for a stroll in the Gardens when she was tickled to see the Duchess. Kate isn’t visible in Sandra’s next picture, but it’s fun to have a peek at Lupo.

Look UK ran a story earlier this week about Kate wearing Temperley’s Odele coat, that is what she was sporting yesterday, as seen in this photo from Sandra.

A better look at the Odele, both in Kate’s black and the oxblood color, available at Fashion Bloodhound.

The black runs $3285 at Temperley, here is how it is described.

Made of luxuriously soft sheepskin, it has the suede side of the skin facing out and is lined with flat haired sheepskin allowing a snug and flattering fit. The cut is feminine and sharp with a nipped in waist. Leather trim and gold metal hardware complete the look.

There is some debate over which boots Kate is wearing, one body of thought is that she is in her Penelope Chilvers, another suggestion is here.

Editor’s Note: Because Kensington Gardens is a public park, I don’t consider this an occasion where Kate would have expected privacy; I am comfortable accepting Sandra’s gracious offer to share some of her photos.
