Kate stayed with her navy Smythe blazer for today's Equestrian competition. Once again several of the young royals were at the London Games to cheer on Zara Phillips, the Queen's granddaughter.

Although the event is called "Three Day Eventing," the competition is held over four days. Below, a look at the Greenwich venue today before competition.

Kate's ensemble looked much the same today as it did yesterday, she wore the Smythe jacket with navy trousers, pearl stud earrings and a sleeveless top in a classic Breton stripe. This Instagram photo gives us a solid look at the back of the top.

The Duchess brought back the same Stuart Weitzman wedges we have seen several times in the past week, this photo shows Kate wearing them yesterday.

We have referred to them in previous posts as the "Corkswoon" style, in the UK Stuart Weitzman is carried by Russell and Bromley, apparently the shoe is called the Coco there.  This isn't an unusual practice; many readers will recall that Aquatalia footwear at Russell and Bromley has had different style names than that carried by Aquatalia itself, or at Nordstrom in the US.

Russell & Bromley also say that Kate was carrying the Muse handbag, you can see the clutch here.

Russell & Bromley tell us that both the shoes and bag are now available for purchase in-store, both priced at £245 (about $380 at today's exchange rates), the company's website is not yet up and running.

As is often the case, Harry and Kate had fun together.

Below we see Zara on her young horse, High Kingdom, as she took part in what turned out to be a Medal-worthy Team GB performance.

The rain arrived while awaiting the medal ceremony, Troy Rawhiti-Forbes of the New Zealand Herald posted this photo on Instagram.

Kate planned ahead for weather issues, carrying her Team GB Adidas jacket with her to Greenwich.

Zara's husband Mike Tindall was on hand again today for the competition, Mr. Rawhiti-Forbes posted this photo of the former rugby player.

It didn't take long for a sponsor to revel in the Silver Medal showing.

Perhaps the nicest family moment came when Zara received her Silver Medal from Princess Anne, her mother, who also competed for Team Great Britain at the 1976 Olympics.

In other Kate-related news, the Duchess is on the cover of Vanity Fair's Best Dressed issue.

Vanity Fair

Those who buy the magazine at the newsstand will see this cover, subscribers' copies will have Jessica Chastain on the cover. From a preview of the Katie Nicholl story in the magazine's September issue:

Despite their lean physiques thanks to deerstalking, tennis, and Buckingham Palace swims, Will and Kate are foodies, and tuck in regularly to homemade roast chicken (Kate does the cooking and shopping, and employs no cook at their home on the Welsh island of Anglesey). They also own a sausage-maker (!) to make their own links, and for the holidays, Kate puts away jars of homemade strawberry jam and plum preserves to dole out as gifts.

We'll be back later to update this post after William, Kate and Harry visit Team GB House.

I don't know if it's because of the rain or if she purposely styled it differently, but I LOVE Kate's hair here! The curls seem so much fuller. Looks great.

I wonder if maybe the top is from LK Bennett? I know they had an identical one with 3/4 sleeves

Great work putting this together. Your pic of 'Tina Cook' winning silver is actually Mary King of team GB. Tina rode bitless. The caption under this photo on team GB does read as if it's Tina. Mary King she is a legend :D

She looks lovely but the best thing about these photos is how happy Kate and William look together. Very refreshing.
