NOTE: These are the dates of annual events that Royal Family members generally attend, as well as some special occasions. The dates are provided for planning purposes only. I am not suggesting the Princess of Wales will attend any of these functions. 

MAY 

• Wednesday, May 8: Garden party at Buckingham Palace.

• Monday, May 13: The UK’s Mental Health Awareness Week gets underway.  

• Tuesday, May 21: Garden party at Buckingham Palace.

JUNE 

• Thursday, June 6: The UK will mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day with a series of events. 

• Friday, June 7: The Duke of Westminster, Hugh Grosvenor, will marry Olivia Henson at Chester Cathedral. King Charles is the Duke’s godfather, and the Duke is one of Prince George’s godfathers. 

• Friday, June 7 – June 9: The Big Help Out occurs this weekend. Last year, the entire Wales family volunteered. 

• Saturday, June 15: Trooping the Colour, also known as the King’s Birthday parade. 

• Monday, June 17: Order of the Garter events will take place in Windsor. 

• Tuesday, June 18 – 22: Royal Ascot.

• June dates TBA: The King and Queen will host Their Majesties, the Emperor and Empress of Japan, for a State Visit. 

JULY 

• Monday, July 1: Wimbledon begins.
