Today we enjoy a splash of frivolity, some might even call it the ultimate ‘repliKate’: fab costumes being sported by some of our readers, WKW Facebook friends, as well as a celebrity or ten two.
We begin with this dashing couple from Illinois, Kelly and Reggie, looking more-than-regal. (Not to mention cute as can be.)
Leanne (below left) wins the most creative award I think, she made that stunning dress (I initially thought it was the real deal Issa!) from this pattern after seeing it on another blog. In the center we see Rachel Geddes, who went with the nude shoes and enormous ‘diamond’ ring; Rachel is a radio personality and introduced herself on the air this morning as ‘HRH the Duchess of Cambridge formerly known as Kate Middleton’. I liked hearing that Rachel demanded proper curtseys in her presence from the staff, rather overdue, don’t you think? On the far right Holly dazzles in an elegant blue dress, her gorgeous hair is very Kate.
The ring seems to be a common element, @DESuffield on Twitter has hers glittering and sparkling.
It’s nice to know that Kate and Pippa were able to get out for some fun this weekend.
Meet our Twitter pals, ShannyRichmond is Kate, and the oh-so-bronzed CaitElizabethb stars as Pippa.
These lovely ladies were good enough to share their source for the wedding frocks: Goodwill.
Our friend Leslie not only sported an actual Issa dress (she was buying Issa before it was ‘in’, she’s such a fashionista), she had the perquisite ring bling as well.
How about Lauren, actually wearing the actual blue Zara dress with her precious pumpkin on the left, and our friends-who-prefer-anonymity with that darling monkey?
Below, we share our friend Andi looking regal, on the right we see Julie Coleman and her husband Tomkin bundled up in royal ensembles for the 5K they did with the perfect accessory, Chloe, who was a polo pony.
A wonderful look for your little Princess came via The Modern Mrs. Darcy.
There was no shortage of Kate-related costumes on television. Below, “Harry” and “William” at the royal wedding:
Here comes the bride, along with “Beatrice” and “Eugenie,” it’s good to know every detail was replicated, especially That Hat. (Ann Curry was the bride, Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb were the cousins.) To see the video in its entirety, click here.
Let us not forget the hypothetical Kate wedding dress costume for your four-legged family members.
Happy Halloween!

Beatrice and Eugenie aren't Kate's technical cousins, I think they are William's.

So many great pics! You missed this adorable pair on GMA, including wedding their wedding guest: http://abcnews.go.com/US/trick-treat-hot-halloween-costume-trends-kids-dog/story?id=14846952 (about half way down -- and a closeup of Princess Bea further down).

I'm amazed by the number of Halloween Kates! Kelly-the-Royal-Bride is adorable, and that little blonde in the pearls and fascinator is a beauty in the making. We'll have to find her a prince one of these days.
The Today Show crew always go all out for Halloween. Al Roker as Prince Harry is particularly funny.
