Kate in Vibrant Red for Queen’s Christmas Lunch & Beulah Adds Handbags

We have a very brief post to share today, as William, Kate, and other royals headed to Buckingham Palace for the Queen’s annual Christmas lunch.

Royal photographer Mark Stewart noted that Prince George was on hand for the party.

The Queen’s annual pre-Christmas lunch is a royal tradition and allows her to catch up with more distant relations, who are not invited to join her at the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk on the 25th.

All of the senior royals, among them Prince Charles and Camilla, William and Kate, and the Earl and Countess of Wessex are expected at the country estate on Christmas Day and appear alongside the monarch at the traditional Christmas morning church service.

It very much looked like the Duchess was in the Katherine Hooker dress worn to the EACH launch of the Nook fundraising appeal in November.

The frock is a custom version of the label’s ‘Ascot’ dress.

The Duchess was wearing her Mappin & Webb ‘Fortune’ White Gold Drop Pendant.

She also wore a pair of earrings evocative of Christmas trees.

Anna of My Small Obsessions notes that Kate has had the earrings at least 7 years, and her sister, Pippa, has also been seen wearing them. More info here.

Also today, an update from one of our favorite sponsors, Beulah London, about the ‘Amara’ dress that Kate wore in New York.
